One principle across every tier: the more often you come in, the faster you heal — and the less you pay per visit. Bronze, Silver, and Gold come with a 3- or 6-month commit; the Maintenance Plan runs month-to-month for patients already out of pain.
Every plan combines low-force adjustments with the supporting therapies that get you out of pain and keep you out: laser, basic current, heat-and-ice. Gold adds Spinal Decompression for patients dealing with herniated or bulging discs. Add extra laser, dry needling, or shockwave to any plan as a modular monthly add-on.

Free Ionic Foot Detox
1 complimentary Ionic Foot Detox session per month, included with every Bronze, Silver, or Gold plan.
Subject to schedule and detox-tub availability. Patient is responsible to request the detox each month. Any benefit not used by the end of the month is forfeited and cannot be redeemed after that.
Add-ons
Layer any of these onto your base plan for a flat monthly rate. Same therapies as the à la carte menu, billed at the bundled care-plan cadence.
Laser
$100 /month
2–3 times per week
Cold Laser sessions at care-plan-add-on cadence — faster healing for acute or chronic soft-tissue work.
Dry Needling
$200 /month
1–2 times per week
Trigger-point release add-on, layered onto your weekly visits.
Shockwave
$300 /month
1–2 times per week
Acoustic shockwave for chronic tendinopathies — plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, calcific shoulder, Achilles, patellar tendon.

Things to know
- New patient fee
- A $100 new-patient fee applies on your first visit, separate from any care plan you enroll in afterward.
- Billing day
- Care plans are debited on the 1st of each month.
- Auto-accident (MVA) patients
- Care plans are not offered to MVA patients. If your visit relates to a motor-vehicle accident, treatment is billed through your auto insurance when available.
- Refunds
- No refunds are issued after a care plan is billed (on the 1st of each month).
